These Terms of Service govern your use of Golf Safari. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activities under your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Golf Safari.

2) Limited License

Subject to these terms, Golf Safari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

3) Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Golf Safari, including abuse of other users, unlawful activity, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering beyond legal allowances, interference with service operations, or attempts to bypass security controls.

4) User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Golf Safari a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights required to upload any content you share.

5) Intellectual Property

Golf Safari and its licensors own all rights in the app, website, software, source code, visual design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and related content except user content. No rights are granted except the limited license above.

6) Infringement Reporting

If you believe content on Golf Safari infringes your intellectual property rights, send a notice to admin@nibiashara.biz with: your contact information, rights ownership details, specific infringing material, location in the app/service, and a good-faith statement. We may remove content or restrict accounts where infringement is verified.

7) Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal/safety risk, or materially harm the service.

9) Disclaimer and Liability Limits

Golf Safari is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golf Safari is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
